Christopher Ward Website - & 'MyAccount' ....

Surprised that the 'MyAccount' section doesnt log in watches sent in for Repair - after all, they are given an 'Order number' ...

I can see from the Royal Mail Tracking Id that it was delivered before 07.30 am today - but no email update on receipt yet ...

Wouldnt surely be that hard to use the Website to allow us to track repairs ?

Mind you, its still showing my 2019 Orders as 'Processing' .... so maybe not !

There's quite a history of the customer-facing Account screen behaving more like an afterthought at times than simply being a data subset from a fully functional operations/trading package so, yes, you're right.

No mention of tracking repairs, but I hope that is something of a trivial issue going forward as I assume QC is much improved.

I hope they don't use Tryzens for their English language skills ...

Yeah! My first purchase is down as order complete, my second, that I received and since sold is still down as processing - wonder if I can cancel it for a refund.....hmmmm.....

It's generally down to how you paid, if by PayPal it will always say Processing etc.

Yes, have seen before that PayPal Orders stay 'pending' - but I have a couple of old 'Direct' Orders that still show pending too ...

Anyways, I was offline yesterday and now I see that the Repair Order is actually newly shown in 'My Account' - so pleased that it may well be trackable more easily now ....

I believe CWL are currently quoting 8-10 weeks.....
