I think you'd be looking at more like 8 hours for a full wind from stopped (1950 = 650 x 3) because the TPD is spread over 24 hours. But many winders have a " power wind" mode, ie run continuously taking into account the directional settings. I don't have a PR auto at the moment otherwise it would be an interesting experiment to run.

Details of all movements used by CW in their watches may be found in the CWArchives.

The popular ETA 2824-2 / Sellita SW200-1 need 650 tpd in either/both directions.

I'll let you work out the sums.

A bit utilitarian, however I agree they are a good option for keeping the bulk of the collection ticking over in the watch library.

I find a bank of these along one wall in the watch study, a more pleasing alternative for display and grab and go purposes for the watches in the current rotation. :D
