Show room visit

Post by Nick2611 »

I have a show room visit booked for next Saturday with the intention of buying on the day (I have checked and they have my preferred model in stock). Can anyone tell me if they will match the price with the Xmas offer code, as want to bring the watch home with me, but don’t intend missing out on the voucher code.. thanks, Nick.

I’d be very surprised if they said no. To the very best of my knowledge, discount vouchers apply to on-site purchases as well as online.

Perhaps someone who has used a voucher at the showroom can confirm that?

The discount will count.

You may even suggest that you had intended to attend one of the evening open evenings (greater discount available IIRC) but were unable to attend.

I imagine that is what well informed members would do if they visited.....

Declan Strange (showroom manager) will do his best to get you the best discount on the day. They may have a 10% showroom discount which makes a difference.

I went in the summer and I got the voucher discount. They won't even want to see it or know a code. They must know the codes are widely available so they will pretty much offer it to anybody!

Enjoy the visit, it's a really nice experience, despite the inevitable cost!

I didn't even get a chanxe to mention the voucher in my wallet last year and Declan was already subtracting it from the cost. You won't have an issue.

You've not just strolled in off the street, Declan knows that you'll have a voucher in some shape or form.

I will try, although haven’t figured out how to upload pictures yet... the link in the welcome message doesn’t work for me

This is the watch I am intending on picking up, but may get swayed by one of the LE options on the day

Quick update, showroom visit a run away success. Came away with the C60 Trident GMT in blue with bracelet, hybrid and cordovan straps. Declan did me a good deal on the day, partly because he showed up late! 😏 but I was grateful for it nonetheless... very happy, although the cordovan strap doesn’t seem to fit very well, I will deal with that once it’s had chance to soften up...
