That can't be a serious question to put to the company owners at a GTG surely?!
It was very much tongue in cheek! :)

How does the management team see the new capital injection from BGF being invested in the business in the short to medium term e.g. strengthening the CS/QC functions, accelerating development of new models, opening physical presence in other parts of the world.

^^^ +1. Great question, Patrick.

What have been the most successful specific models from the C60 Mk3 launch so far? Were there any surprises there?

What dual-colour GMT bezel plans do you have coming up for the C60 and C65?

Are your 2020 "year of the chronograph" plans going to be based on quartz, Valjoux 7750, SH21 or something else? Or some combination of these?

Does quartz still have a future? All recent releases have been auto only models.

The C60 is quite a versatile watch. It can be worn in a causal setting as well as for formal events. I've read that it is referred to as a dress diver. The C8, on the other hand, comes across as strictly causal.

Has CWL considered designing a C8 dress aviator? Something that could be worn for most (or perhaps all) occasions.

What is the companies view on Sellita movements after the recent high number of customer complaints?
I imagine most returned watches are down to the movements failing.

Is CWL considering incorporating the blue PVD finish on a new open production or LE watch?

Are they considering any other PVD colours?

General questions about SH21.

What are the plans for the movement? What watches are in the pipeline with the 5-day power reserve? It's a modular design so any details they can share about future complications?
CW C9 SH21 | C60 Apex SH21 | C65 SH21
Ernst Benz Chronoscope DLC
Oris WilliamsF1 Day Date 2004
Phoibos Leviathan DLC
Seiko 5 Sports Orange "Baby" Monster
Tag Aquaracer | F1 Panda

Too many watches, not enough time :(

Customer service enhancement:

The big boys offer a "restore to new condition service" including many of their old models which supports their long term brand desirability strategy. Will CW offer such a service going forwards?

Is CW considering to have their movement available to other vendors?
