I use mine quite frequently for:
Timing how long my daughter's naps are
How long has the food been in the over
How long I speak at meetings
Working out how long my commute is by different forms of transport (new job)
And many other highly important day to day tasks....

The problem is I usually forget I've set it, so I look down an hour or two after whatever I set it for has finished and it's still going and I just stop and reset it...

All joking aside, I do use my chronograph hand as a date function, by putting it on the corresponding minute marker for whatever the date is and moving it on 1 sec every morning when I wind it. It's a speedy pro so this also stops the omega symbol being covered by the chronograph hand

I also use a dive bezel to remind me of things. If I need to do something later I move the bezel off centre and later on I will notice its not centred and remember I had to do whatever it is. This sounds insane but actually works for me and somehow I dont remember I had to do something but not what it is

Yep - bezel timing for me. But I like the reverse count-down style bezel most. I fly a lot for work and usually wear a Sinn when traveling with this count-down bezel. When taking flights I set it to the time that the gate closes and the bezel will give me the number of minutes I have to get to the gate.

Over 10 minutes left I can have a coffee, over 20 a pint depending on the time of day :-)

Useful for many of the above activities too like timing an egg :-)

So bezel for countdown, chrono complication rarely gets used.
