CW Service

Post by Curious » Sat May 11, 2019 3:30 pm

Hello friends,

Currently I have a CW watch sent in for repair. After the watch arrived at CW I was told how much the repair will be and how long it will take. This time is over now. I haven't received any notifications in the meantime I am wondering now if I will get an email when it will be send back to me? Will I get the tracking information or will CW just send the watch back to me without any other feedback?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Unless there is something exceptional, the next communication you should expect to receive is an email notification of a 'Back to Customer' order (no cost). This means the repairs on your watch have been carried out and it is being sent for final Quality Control (running) checks.

About 5 - 8 working days later expect to get a Dispatched email indicating your watch is being sent out, followed swiftly by a 'we've got your item' email from DPD (assuming you're in UK).

Hope this helps.
