Error message when viewing straps

Post by Mikkei4 »

I was looking at the Specialist Straps a few minutes ago and got the error message below on a couple of occasions. Anybody else seen this ?

There has been an error processing your request
Exception printing is disabled by default for security reasons.
Error log record number: 411003354262
© 2018 Christopher Ward (London) Ltd. Co. No. 5167936

And now it happens whenever I try to view the CW web-site.

I was getting it earlier. It stopped after a few minutes, but seems like it's back. Perhaps the site is collapsing under the weight of new Trident orders!

I've got it saved as a favourite so I thought it might have been something wrong with that but it happens from a standard search also so looks like it's a CW site problem.

I am experiencing the same issue on the U.S. based site as well. Could be the problem since I was trying to get one! :D

Worth clearing out your cookies.

The CW website will then look at you as a new customer, not one who is returning.

Might clear the glitch.

Thanks for the suggestion Guy.

It's working ok this morning without me doing anything to my laptop.
