Anyone else having problems with PM’s?

Post by Molan »

I’ve had a few issues recently when I’ve sent private messages to people and they’ve said they haven’t seen them.

I can see the message has left my outbox which would indicate they’ve been opened but the person I’ve sent them to says they haven’t received them.

No issues that I have seen, and I get a lot of them. Send me a test message if you wish.

^^^Messages stay in your Outbox until they have been read by the recipient. It's how you know they have been opened.

Messages are 'stuck' in your outbox folder until such time as they are read by the recipient, when they transfer to your sent folder.

Are you certain the (missing / unreceived) message was correctly sent to you?

Hi Guy

No I'am not certain, I did send a follow up PM & email to advise member but have not had a response. I've assumed they are no longer interested in the watch.
