January Sale 2019

Post by Bahnstormer_vRS »

Sorry, not got the link yet, but seeing as comments are being posted in the Clearance Section topic that has been running for six months, I thought it would be appropriate to start a new topic / thread for the January Sale 2019.

I know we are all on tenterhooks for the sale to start but who's going to post the link first?

What are you hoping will be there for you or will it be a case of pass me by?

Guy

I’m on the look out for a nice trident, fingers crossed. Just a shame they don’t do the blue in a 38mm case

That was a cruel trick Guy to play on those waiting for ‘the link’. 😄

Nothing of specific interest, curious what will be on offer, if I see something half price I like might be tempted.

It's all the people "just looking" and not buying that crash the site :)

Not my words BTW but I'm probably incorrectly quoting somebody else's comments when the site failed recently. Sorry. :silent:

Happy to be proven wrong about the server, but they do have form.

Also lets not forget that if a link is emailed with a link or notification of the sale, that recipients don't all receive the communication at the same time...

Agreed and accepted Chris.

Mind you, from past experience, you're pretty good at getting hold of the link super fast.

That was exactly my response and I have to say that the OP did accept that. I was just "taking the mick" this time around.
