I'll probably also go to the Manchester one! :)
Excellent Steve, you are still the only CW forumite I have met in person. Hopefully the Edinburgh gtg goes ahead and I'll meet some others

I'm sure it will go ahead, seems to be quite a bit of interest.

Worst case scenario, it's a great city to visit for a couple of days! :)

I've booked flights (my kids want to come too).
Time, location?
Sorting this out with CW over the next few days or so.

Once we have an indication of numbers and more information, we will let you folks know.

How many attendees would you want to be showing on the poll for a GTG to go ahead? How "mini" is Chris expecting each to be?

^^^^^ I don’t think it will just come down to how many from here are interested. Members from the CWE FB group are also potential attendees?

My understanding is that the first one is already “confirmed”, so it’s not really about the poll reaching any minimum numbers. It’s more about trying to gauge the level of interest.

^^^ I might add that if these GTG's are deemed successful, it is entirely possible that CW would consider taking them on the road in a "World Tour" so to speak.

Not so much of a question about the CWE FB Group being attendees Neil, but a statement.

They are potential attendees with a similarly positive response to the initial post as there is here.
