Recently got one for Christmas. Very much worth the money, a fantastic looking (and performing) watch! Really recommend it.

I am delighted with this watch. It grows on you the more you wear it and I absolutely loved it already. I have received many compliments from other watch enthusiasts, who hadn’t seen it and absolutely loved the design. There are lots of criticisms about the size of the dial (43mm) but it actually doesn't look too big or too small when on your wrist (I have quite small wrists as well). Furthermore, the price is an absolute bargain. You simply cannot get a swiss made worldtimer in the same price window. As usual Christopher Ward delivers great quality and value for money. The watch carries classical elegance and sophistication and adds some modern panache to your wrist.

A must for any watch enthusiast!

This looks so nice. I also have issue with the outdated Moscow timezone; the answer from CW that other older watches having this outdated info doesn't make sense...e.g. as far as I can tell the new Montblanc orbis has the correct info. I also wish it has that pusher mechanism that advances the time easily - like the Montblanc orbis terrarum or Nomos Zurich Worldtime. Are there any other affordable watches that has this particular function? It seems very handy for changing timezone.

To be fair, it's the same as quite a few older WTs from big brands.

What are the chances that anyone would even notice?
How many times have you been to Moscow?
For most folks, I'd agree that it probably isn't a huge deal. Also, sight unseen at least, this looks like an awesome value. I still really like this watch. Unfortunately for me though, I am currently residing in Moscow, which makes this error not just a bit more glaring, but a dealbreaker.

Hi, based on the online manual and pictures of the dial this does not seem to function as other world timers.
What I was expecting is at least:
1) You can rotate the outer city ring. The current city is usually placed at 12 or 6.
2) When setting the time, the 24 hour ring moves in sync with the hour dial, showing the current time at the current city automatically.

Also a good feature would be:
3) the hour dial (and 24h time zone ring) can be moved in one hour increments without affecting minute or second dials. This is usually done either with the crown or with a separate push button.

The manual does not mention any of these functions.

Can somebody with the watch confirm my suspicions regarding the world time features? Thanks!

@hm42: I also noticed the city ring cannot rotate, but what is the functional disadvantage of this? Honest question as I am new to world timers.

When setting the time, the 24 hours ring does move in sync with the hour dial, see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I08z8Y2ppWk
