Wondering if the 24hour dial moves with time.
It should, but from the manual, I’m getting conflicting information

Re: C1 Grand Malvern Worldtimer on website
The 24 hour disc rotates, it replaces the 24 hour hand normally on an ETA 2893.
CW website wrote: Whereas the previous iteration of JJ03 found in the C9 Worldtimer re-geared the 2893 to feature airport destinations as a second time zone and featured an hour hand that took 24 hours to complete a revolution, the new envisioning of JJ03 offers a more simple approach. Reverting back to 12-hour timing, it also powers a moving 24-hour disc which is read in conjunction with the international cities around it. Turning the crown clockwise will engage this 24-hour disc; turn the crown anti-clockwise, and you'll have control of what we believe to be a unique mechanical development in watchmaking: our time zone-denoting orange city indicator. An innovative addition to the C1 Grand Malvern Worldtimer, this adjustable marker is set against the city of the user's choice, and when read in conjunction with its moving GMT ring offers an immediate reminder of your chosen city's 24-hour time.

That looks pretty good. I have been wanting a worldtimer for a while. The closest from a price perspective is the Fredique Constant. However that is still a bit more.
Re: C1 Grand Malvern Worldtimer on website
Easily the cheapest WorldTimer in the market although not as unique as MKI.

I think this looks great. I just can't get past the mistake with Moscow.

CW are claiming it's deliberate.DaemonBlue wrote: ↑Thu Nov 29, 2018 6:34 pm I think this looks great. I just can't get past the mistake with Moscow.
To be fair, it's the same as quite a few older WTs from big brands.
What are the chances that anyone would even notice?
How many times have you been to Moscow?

I think it looks very nice.
The size might just be a bit too large for me though.
I have been to Moscow a number of times....the "mistake" wouldn't put me off at all!

An interesting piece and quite handsome. But I have no purpose in owning one. I have come to value simplicity as I have gotten older.

The thing that makes me most happy about this is the return of the 43mm case!!!

Re: C1 Grand Malvern Worldtimer on website
Opened this as Christmas present from wife- winder failed to operate out of the box, and I now await a replacement, so the Christmas present will be three weeks later. Only having had the watch in my hands for a few minutes I can confirm its a quality product, weighty, but when on the wrist not too large (I have small wrist). I suspect this is due to an optical illusion of the design of the face and colours used. Have two other CW watches (Jumping hand, and C11 titanium), and this appears to be on par. Just disappointed on the QC
