Another chance to get the colour scheme for those who missed out on the 316 and 65 Ltd editions. Like the look of the webbing strap

The watch itself is smart but don't feel I can justify another trident...yet

Very nice, sorely tempted.....I always liked the blue/orange LE and now with day/date. These CW guys know where to kick a guy.

I'm in but whether I keep depends on the colour of the dial in the flesh. I prefer the flat dial with no wave and the contrast of the black bezel with little touches or orange.

If I like it, I'll probably sell two or three of my other Tridents - the ones with the patterned dials. Not sure whether I would also keep my Black Day/Date, but I do like the bezel on that one.

This really appeals to me, I think its stunning. Whether its too close in colour scheme to my Staghorn to warrant pulling the trigger is one for me to ponder. If i didnt have the Oris then it would already be in the basket.

Email received has "100CW18: £100 off purchases of £500 or more*" at the bottom, so I expect it to except . . . . . .

. . . . . . . try 150CW18 (code mentioned previously on here) which ought to work for £150 off as its over £750.

When I ordered the orange/blue 316 LE with the SS bezel, I didn't really care for the SS bezel and returned it. I made this image back then showing it would look much better with the black ceramic bezel.

As my wish came true, I really had no other choice than to get out the credit card.. Order placed with express shipping at 12:58 GMT so just before the 13:00 deadline for same-day shipping. I used the 100CW18 code and didn't think about the 150CW18 so I sent them an email hoping they will apply the extra GBP 50 discount.

If you're in the US, order from the .uk site as it will be about $60 cheaper than the .com site if you use a credit card without foreign transaction fees.

Let's hope they're willing to apply the extra discount then!
I'm fully with you on the s/s bezel. Not a fan of any of them myself..prefer more of a contrast, so this black bezel really does it for me.

I expect to see your real world photos up here very soon then, so I can make more of a reasoned decision.

Bracelet version looks nice. Reminds of my C60 Orange 316L, I have that with the black bezel and it really highlights the orange, same here with the blue.
Not as keen on the strap.

I ordered it on the webbing strap as I really liked that on the other LE. It looked good and is comfortable to wear. I have a bracelet for my other C60 so can also switch depending on the mood and season. Hopefully the webbing strap will hold up over time. Now the wait begins for the Acan to arrive. Should be here by Tuesday if it is still shipped out today. Maybe Monday. That will be a long weekend..

Looks like I'm swimming against the tide on this one, but I'm not a fan.

Just looks like they made a parts bin containing all the parts from recent successful Tridents and then did a lucky dip, which will inevitably make for an eye-pleasing watch.

Or maybe I'm just having a glass-half-empty day :(
