Browsing eBay and stumbled upon a Trident 300 with the old Chr.Ward logo.
Now, I own the orange bezel / black dial version of the same watch (C61), but the one on eBay has an "exhibition" case back and "automatic" is missing from the dial text.
The only images, I can find, that look remotely like it, are of the "Jumping hour" caseback on the salonqp website.... any thoughts?
Is it a frankenstein watch with a trident quartz dial on another movement, or a rare prototype of an early version of the Trident I'm unfamiliar with?

Re: Is this genuine?
Mystery solved. Seller also has a C9 CW for sale and he appears to of mixed up the case back photo's.

Re: Is this genuine?
Easy mistake when listing 2 watches at the same time I suppose. If you are thinking about this one Chris, the white Trident dial (I have the Trident 600 with red bezel) is quite striking.
