Just bought my first CW

Post by mufferman1 »

Never actually posted a topic on here before but I've been admiring Christopher ward watches for a few months and was looking to buy either the C65 or C60 Trident 600 in black as my first luxury or 'expensive' watch. I was waiting till I received my first pay from a job I'm working before uni starts again to be able to afford either, however I was browsing eBay an hour ago and came across a black C65 trident diver with 3 leather straps listed on auction. I contacted the buyer if he would accept a buy it now price and offered £475, to which was accepted and I snapped it up straight away without thinking. Normally these go for £695 on the website without the extra straps so I thought I was getting a good deal so was wanting to get some opinions from you guys on the deal and the watch itself too if you own it. It's my first ever big watch purchase so kinda means a lot to me and am also hoping it'll last me a reasonably long time!

Congratulations.

Hope and trust it arrives in good time and is in the condition you expect.

Rare to get a C65 Trident Diver pre-owned as they are a new, this summer, and popular model. You've done well.

Seems like an absolute bargain!

Currently bidding on a C60 Trident Pro 600 myself.

It's a great looking watch and I think you've got a real bargain there so well done.

I wish I had such a nice watch when I was a student!
