Chat with Chris 2018 Video
First of all, my apologies for the overall quality. It was much better during the testing. I will be investigating ways to improve the lighting and audio for future chats. Also, I was somehow distracted at the beginning and neglected to start recording at the beginning. As a result, the opening and first question are not present.
That said, I think that the content is good and that is what is really important. You can view a summary of the chat here.
I hope you enjoy the chat!

Thanks for going to the trouble to post the video Kip.
Nice to be able to go back over stuff you might have missed first time around.

Re: Chat with Chris 2018 Video
BTW, the question to which Chris is responding at the start of the video was regarding making the CW service pods available for purchase.

Re: Chat with Chris 2018 Video
Thanks Kip.
From the summary here is the first question:
We started off with the most popular questions.
1. Of most concern was, has CW considered, and will they, be building a midsize (40/41mm) C60.
The short answer is no. It just doesn’t make financial sense for them to do so. Based on existing sales. Although a different watch, it is hoped that the C65 will be a suitable alternative.

Re. Question 1.
Could the service pod be unzipped and opened out, thus halving the height, and maybe fitting in the current packaging ?
Regards Steve
