Now Guy.

I thought I said in another thread that I should be getting rid of watches rather than making additional purchases............Image

Rapide's don't sell very well do they, some of them look nice especially the COSC one's, don't see too many of them on here.
Maybe they are a touch on the small side, or people are juet waiting in case there is a Christmas sale.

^^^ For some reason (at least on this forum) the Rapide is not popular in the same way that the C60 and C65 ranges are. I don’t know why; at 42 or 43mm, they’re about the same size, they’re an attractive looking watch, with plenty of variations.
Perhaps it’s just that they’re not divers?

/\/\ Agreed.
Funnily enough, I'm finding that I'm wearing my Rapide (mk2) more than all my other watches at the moment.
I really liked the look of the Rapide that seemed to sit in the NN section for all that time, as I think the Quartz range are better looking than the Automatics.
I just couldn't bring myself to spend nigh on £400 on a quartz watch - which I know has been discussed previously, and perhaps doesn't make sense to some.

Clearance is reserved for end of line stock, so the Trident Bronze is unlikely to be appearing there anytime soon.

There is though a possibility of a 'Nearly New' one popping up at some stage.

Best to keep an eye on CW's website or stick around here, as eagle eyed forum members often post (currently in this thread) about new availability.
