Now I have uploaded some pics to which I can link, here is the Trident on the lighter leather strap.

I'm definitely not a fan of Nato ! :? I do not think this Chrono is suitable for this type of strap, I prefer a metal or resin/rubber. But it's en personnal opinion.

Now that looks excellent! Really good pairing - where's the mesh from?

Look what just arrived in the post. At first glance may be a good match for the pro.

Also received my mesh bracelets from watchgecko so will do some strapology this weekend and post some pics.Image

Second that they look like cheap rubbish wasting a stunning watch , get them in a drawer to never be seen on this watch again, or the fashion police will have to come talk to you

Some great ideas, thanks all.

I have been thinking about one of these beauties https://www.hirschstraps.com/products/h ... 1317538868

Can't decide on the red or blue stitching though. What do you think?

Excellent choice. Any of the Hirsch Performance straps should work well and look good.

Definitely not red. Blue is possible, but the blue is quite dark and doesn't contrast much against the black. I'd recommend black with yellow, to go with the subdial rings.

Worth also considering the Ayrton and Tiger. Best UK seller is Watch Obsession

Right - a selection of straps with some (shamefully dismal) photos.

Big fan of the Borealis rubber but also quite taken with the mesh (thanks Robden for the idea!). I'm going to leave it on that for now.

The Bradystraps blue sailcloth with yellow stitching is also a perfect fit to my eye - really good combo - but perhaps too dressy for a tool diver.
