Looks like a Skagen!

It's a long way from the original C3 & it's going in the wrong direction - just like that bloke on the bike in China!

I was looking at the pictures as well. It looks nice, though I am not sure it is "better" than version 1 or version 2.
I could not tell if the top sub dial had two hands or not? I think it must based on markings and description of the overall watch.

Looks like the top sub dial has two hands indeed.

C5 is also out & looks same but without the sub dials.

Frankly you could put any fashion brand name on these......... actually they just have.

That looks really nice. Much like having a watch (albeit a stop watch display) within the watch itself. Allowing one to read the elapsed hours:minutes:seconds more naturally IMO, as compared to reading off multiple sub dials. I like my C3 mk ii and I will not be upgrading anytime soon, but I think this is an improvement beyond any of the other aesthetics of the new design.

It's very different.

I can't decide if I like it or not yet.

I'm also a little sad that the old C3 look is completely gone. That was a really classy design. But perhaps that sadness is affecting my feelings about the Mk 3.

I think it's been well established by now that you have fell out of love with CW and I doubt there is anything they could do to change that. I also do not particularly like the logo, especially at 9 o'clock - but in looking beyond that I see two very, very nice watches in the C3 and C5 that I will almost certainly buy at some point. They offer the quality and specification that most 'fashion brands' could only dream of and at a price point that, for me, offers very good value.

Both this and the C5 look good but they are not for me, I'm not big on 'Dress' watches and I have my GMPR for when I want something 'smart'

C30 & C50 Malvern Chronometer Limited Edition both have the old logo - what's that all about?
Are these old or new models?
Current collection incl Alpina, Breitling, Casio, Citizen, Eterna, Omega, Oris, Rado, Rolex, Seiko, Tag, Timex & Tudor.

Although I like it, I agree that the character of the original has gone completely. There are no Malvern car accents here. The C9 house style is getting a bit repetitive and the new C3 has too much of a family resemblance to the C9 BDD with thin hands etc and the other C9s. I guess this is deliberate but I would like more variety in their dress watches. I'm more attracted to the new C5.

I like all of it apart from the Walmart logo.

Could not have put it better except I won't be buying as I don't need any 'dress' watches. To my eyes this is a departure from the previous design and towards a nice clean, crisp and, dare I say, younger orientated design. They have even managed to get the date wheels in the right colours! The sub dials on the C3 and the cut out for the date on the C5 both look very good.

But, as ever we have the elephant in the (left hand side of the) room which we don't harp on about any more and for me it is the deal breaker for every watch on which it appears :(

Limited Edition = fixed number to be released in the stated design. They can't change it halfway otherwise it's a different watch.
