After this highly educational thread:

http://www.christopherwardforum.com/vie ... 61#p555961

I can now say that the blue strap in nordwolf's post is a 3-ring Zulu.

:D

But seriously, great looking watch, strap combo and great pics.

Looks great on a navy zulu, I was thinking of getting one, and now my mind is made up!

I am still thinking of getting an orange/blue strap but this solid navy blue strap is a bit less loud and more appropriate to wear in the office.

Yes, you are correct. The place I bought it from calls it a heavy-duty Nato because the Zulu name is trademarked or something like that.

Zulu strap is/was a Maratac product.
I believe it's a brand name owned by Country Comm (but willing to be corrected on that).

Finally got around to putting it on the stainless, it looked so good on leather I was in no rush... but wow it looks good on the stainless.

Great how the perception of the blue changes at slightly different angles.

Looks great! I'm sort of enjoying swapping straps on mine but while that's easy with the NATOs and Zulus, it's more of a hassle with the leather strap and I'm sure I'll end up losing or breaking the spring bars at some point (!).

As much as I like all the other options (and will probably go with one of the webbing straps for the Summer) I strongly suspect that the plain brushed steel bracelet will be the long-term solution. It looks great and once it's in place I doubt I'll want to fight with it too much to swap it on and off again!

It looks so good on the stainless I think mine will stay on it too. Very nice look.

Mine is staying on the bracelet even though its the standard C60 bracelet with polished centre links I still think it looks better than on a strap.

This is on the lighter brown Torro Brava strap from the C60 Vintage. These pictures were taken in bright sun so the blue dial is really blue here.

Got the C65 LE Trident on bracelet, what size strap needs to be purchased for this watch? 22mm? Are they curved?

Measure between the lugs; 22mm.

May be curved or straight.
