Re: Customer Services downsizing ?
Probably like any job, there was a better offer!
Best of luck to her. I doubt it's anything sinister or relating to a slump in sales

People move on, it's a fact. Let's hope this was a natural move for Debbie and not something more sinister

Perhaps they got wind of her ridiculously brilliant customer service and thought it wasn't disruptive enough.
Hopefully they don't get someone akin to the receptionist at my Doctors, I'm too frightened to ever get I'll !
Regards Steve

Not sure it's a topic that is suitable. Personal cercumstances are not for a public q&a .Bahnstormer_vRS wrote:A question for Chat with Chris?joeegg17 wrote:Hopefully she has been poached rather than pushed . She was an absolute star . Good luck to her !

Agree about personal circumstances, But, the situation with customer services, and if downsizing is either in progress, on the cards or being sub contracted out is indeed an acceptable question for the chat with Chris, and asking that the forums best wishes for the future are passed on to Debbie, is also more than acceptable, given the assistance she has provided to many here

Re: Customer Services downsizing ?
Seems like a few problems in the CW camp . I ordered a strap over a week ago and it's still not arrived. I received this reply from Wera
HI Paul
Sorry, it has been an absolute horrific week at this end…with some critical staffing issues which has completely taken over all my time.
I did manage to get the strap out to you this afternoon, so should be delivered if not tomorrow, certainly on Tuesday.
Apologies for the delay.
Kind regards
wera
Sounds like there's lots going on.

Re: Customer Services downsizing ?
Not really. They are not a huge company and if Deborah has decided go (for whatever reason, it is not important) then there is a huge hole to fill in the Customer Service dept that has to be filled by Wera.
I don't think that it is anything other than normal staff changes!

Re: Customer Services downsizing ?
There is nothing ominous going on and the Customer Service dept.is not downsizing.
After 8 1/2 years, Deb has moved on for personal reasons. While this has created some temporary disruption, all is moving forward with a replacement to be in position very soon and all services to be returned to normal.
Some of you never cease to amaze me how you find doom and gloom in every minute detail. I hope that some of your "insights" are tongue in cheek.
