Information for a new member

Post by kier333 »

Hi,

I have been looking for a new watch for a while and discovered CWL, i am interested in a few watches and would like to know a few things if any memebers can help.

C60 Trident - Is the Bracelet brush or polished or both/
C5 Malvern Steel - Again is the Bracelet brused or polished/
Finally C20 Lido as above brushed or polished.

I personally am undecided between all three and would like to order one today.......question is which one??

Many thanks in advance

Out of the three, I would say start with the Trident.

Did you notice the way I said 'start' with the Trident?

Next, get the Lido.

After that, get the Malvern. 8)

C60 - brushed sides and polished centre

C5 - brushed for C5A and polished for C5. Note that although it looks like a 5 link band it is only one link with markings. In general the C5 looks better on leather.

C5A on steel here - http://www.christopherwardforum.com/vie ... 56#p106878

The original C20 was all brushed but the new one is brushed outer and polished inner.
C2/C20 on original bracelet - http://www.christopherwardforum.com/vie ... =58&t=8540
On new bracelet - http://www.christopherwardforum.com/vie ... 29#p134829

I like all three so it is a hard decision. But C5 is 38mm, C20 is 40mm and C60 is 42mm if that helps.

That said it is possible to turn the bracelet into all polished or all brushed depending on your preferences.
