Yes of course, I was comparing it to my longines heratige classic which is amazingly smooth. But saying that my omegas, certinia, Marloes, hamiltons are also very smooth. Hence my disappointment here.
Anyways I will see when cw check it out. I was just surprised on the phone that, for a 6 day old watch, there appears doubt I would get a full refund, should I take that option.

I have experienced exactly this. Doesn’t means it’ll happen all the time, but yep, sometimes it does.

Outcome of noisy winding problem.
First.. Big thumbs up for the speedy customer service, but unfortunately a problem with the ratchet wheel on a 5 day old watch leaves a big question on quality. So full refund.
Shame as otherwise its a beurtfull watch.
