CWL of the day

It’s an original CW fitted alligator strap for the C40 Speedhawk Andrew. Same fitting as the early C7 / C70 straps.

Didn’t know these fitted end straps were a thing. Very VERY nice.

86400 seconds in a day, and this beautiful little mechanical marvel runs at -2 seconds a day, I guess I'm guilty of taking accuracy for granted, but when I actually think about it, it's pretty incredible..

Have thought about that many times and, yep, it is. Btw, I think that watch is one of the best CW currently do.

Thanks Des,
I managed to grab the watch on a leather strap NN on the first day of the January sale, and then the bracelet popped up at the end of the sale.
Its a real stunner, probably my most worn watch this year.

Felt like a chunk of a watch needed a chunk of a strap to match

Anyway, following on from my reply @Jkpa's one watch European adventure, I took delivery of a new, leather quick release strap for my Sealander GMT, today. It's form Tribus and is part of the fire sale they are sadly having at the moment. So, £30 for a very premium leather strap. I swapped out the blue Tide and suddenly this watch that has grown on me over a few weeks looks rather dressy.

Brilliant photos; thank you.

They show the thickness / padding of the strap beautifully, along with the blue stitching, and I reckon should look top notch on the C60 Atoll.
