Re: What's for dinner?
Same here (Lancashire). I had a sandwich and a banana for my dinner. Obviously not posh enough for the forum! In Yorkshire it's breakfast, dinner and tea.
I started out with nothing and I still have most of it left

Re: What's for dinner?
The missus' home made chicken soup. It's euphoric. I tell her all the time, I married her for the way she cooks and the fact that she has small hands.
The cooking, self explanatory, the hands?. To make any diamond I gave her, look huge . Well, truth be told, diamonds and other things..

Re: What's for dinner?
Looks quite delicious, Andrew. Today I have neck fillet of lamb heading off to the slow cooker with onions, garlic, carrots, herbs and a stock fortified with a glass of red wine.

Re: What's for dinner?
^^^^ My village pub, I was in there for lunch yesterday, was running a Burns Night menu for Dinner last night.
Quite well booked up, by all accounts, in gloomy Hertfordshire.
