XL strap on 7.15" wrist
As the title says.......
Thought i would take advantage of the sale and risk buying 3 new XL straps for my 7.15" wrist. As you can see it fits fine with 1 more hole to go smaller if need be, for me the curve of the Bader buckle is perfect.
Trident mkI on the blue XL leather from the recent sale.

Thanks Dave.
Hopefully it will help others when considering the XL straps.

Re: XL strap on 7.15" wrist
I picked up a few of the XL bargains during the sale and my wrist is only slightly larger. I'm usually on the first or second hole depending on the watch size.

Does anyone know the difference between a:

Re: XL strap on 7.15" wrist
Thank you for posting these pics. I have ordered the same blue Bader band for my C65LE and was a little worried it would be too big for my 7.5" wrist. Looks like my fears were unfounded. Good news!footycrazy wrote:As the title says.......

I *believe* the 65 has curved ends and the 01 has straight ends, but don't hold me to that. It really needs to be mad clear on the website.Richard B wrote:Does anyone know the difference between a:

@gaf1958 - your 'belief' is correct.
'65' strap is curved end. '01' strap is straight.

Re: XL strap on 7.15
I've now checked out a Standard length 22mm 'gator with Bader, which I bought, and the Bader sits in the perfect position for me.Bahnstormer_vRS wrote:That fits rather well Graham.

I'm thus thinking that an XL strap will put the Bader further around my wrist and, as my wrist shape is 'rectangular' as opposed to 'round', I have a feeling that the curved tail of the Bader will then dig into my wrist, which I'm not keen on.
Add this factor to the matter that I really have enough straps at the moment, and remembering Downer's Rules, I can't justify buying any more; so will pass on getting some XLs.
@footycrazy - thanks though for the feedback and excellent illustrative photos.

I am glad I took advantage of the sale. $10 for leather straps was a crazy price

Re: XL strap on 7.15" wrist
I got bought an alligator and leather XL strap from the sale for my birthday and they fit fine, you have to make sure the long tail section goes round and does not curl backwards.
For the price excellent bargain.
