Gold bracelet? No.

Mesh? Maybe, if it's a smart mesh.

Steel bracelet? Yes, particularly it's a polished blingy one like the new-style C5 bracelet from CW.

Personally, for me it looks best on a smart brown alligator-style strap.

What he said! But then I'm not a mesh or bracelet fan.

Mesh? Not in a million years. This is a leather watch imho.

I echo the above. Brown leather strap all day long :-)

Standards are still to be maintained and applauded. Nice leather strap please. Alternative is to step onto the verandah and do the decent thing dear boy!

I think it would just be okay on a mesh. A different look for sure. For me, this is a strap watch. The gold looks good on a bracelet when you want bling, but the strap gives it class. :)

I think the polished STAIB mesh bracelet looks great on the C5. Not a big fan of the C5 bracelet. I think it's awfully "busy" looking. Likewise, with a drawer full of CWL fake alligator straps in every color and size, none of them ever spend any time on the watch. Just something about fake gator that doesn't work for me. I like a nice simple leather band.

These work well on my C3, although I'm not sure I'd even want the white stitching on the C5.

I have the new style bracelet for the C3, as well. This combo has a real art deco look to my eye. It completely changes the C3:

I honestly can't see the jubilee working on this. Jubilee bracelets are more for sports and divers. You might as well go all the way and stick it on an orange NATO

Stick with black or dark/red brown leather, without constrast stitching.

I wouldn't consider the datejust a sports watch. I'll post pics. You might be surprised. And I would only go with blue NATO with this one, not orange.
