I purchased a Hamilton Jazzmaster - sorry no pictures uploaded yet but it's this watch here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Hamilton-H32616 ... uto+chrono

I'm looking to jazz it up with a new strap. I have the brown leather strap seen in the link, but what else would go well with this watch? All suggestions welcome!

First thing I'd look at is a black distressed-look strap to add some texture - e.g., the $30 one from strappedfortime ...http://www.strappedfortime.com/shop/ite ... strap/248/ or one from bradystraps.

A carbon fibre look from CW, Hirsch, or bradystraps, and the sailcloth look from bradystraps area also nice, but a bit more expensive. http://bradystraps.com/

If you want some bling, pretty well any colour would work because the watch face has no colour other than black and grey to use as jump-off point, so I'd consider a bold, padded smooth medium-deep red leather strap, or even a really deep yellow. Something not embossed with a pattern (though shark might look nice). Imagine this CW ...

...in a deep red - about the colour of the '# of posts' progress bar used in this forum. Or the deep yellow used in this smilie --->

That should look good with anything, but I suggest a strap on the thicker side because its a thick watch.

Off the top, I can recommend a Hirsch Lucca.

www.bandrbands.com makes some good stuff and not just for Bell & Ross, although there's quite a selection for those as well.

Thanks for the suggestions.

I like this sailcloth strap: http://bradystraps.com/shopping/pgm-mor ... id=53&=SID

I like the padded CW option rgb posted A nice cheap alternative could be this CW on sale: http://www.christopherward.co.uk/summer ... 60sxk.html
I want something different from the colour brown I have, but I think red/yellow is too much, for me anyway  I can't seem to see any pics of this combination online...

I think blue could work nicely with the silver though! This CW strap maybe? http://www.christopherward.co.uk/watch- ... 65-dc.html

I have a C60SXK strap I bought from the sale and its going back to Wera -- it doesn't fit the 42mm Trident Pro because of the pin position. So it may or may not fit your watch properly -- if you want a fitted strap at the case you might want to look at the Hirsch fitted straps as it has a 4-position insert into which the pin goes, which can be adjusted to accommodate different offsets from the case.

I like the sailcloth -- tones down the watch a bit to make it an everyday look. Some of the ones here are nice too ... http://www.watch-strap-blog.com/tag/meyhofer/ -- that first "New Oldenburg Straps from Meyhofer" might be interesting. These are all about 20 EUR.
