One of the largest leather NATO selection

Post by phllox »

It's here: http://www.abpparis.com/shop/Leather-Na ... s_l84.html

I've already ordered two calf ones, but the choice is amaising with other leathers. I couldn't resist going through this page as well to discover the variety of skins that could be used: http://www.abpparis.com/Types-of-leathe ... s_r14.html

i like some of these very much (not necessarily just nato). some of the materials are pretty interesting. I like the Coypu tail, in particular. and am intrigued by buffalo and the cork.

Yes, I went through the other types and was surprised to see that even salmon, or eel skin was used.

This Looks to be quite high-end / hand made straps, so I guess there must be some production delay anyhow. I've placed my order on Monday and will see how much time they ship both NATOs.

Stunning straps on that site. So many id like. Would love a stingray custom one, and a special tanning croc one.

Too right.

I checked out their regular nylon NATOs that come up at 15 Euros / £13. Crown & Buckle (Florida, USA) have a similarly extensive selection, which, even allowing for having to pay VAT for importing from the USA to UK come out at around £8 - £10.

Moreover, I couldn't see anything that confirmed the length of their NATOs. This is important to me having a larger wrist such that I need a Crown & Buckle or CWL NATO at 11in/280-285mm; as I find that a lots of NATOs are only 265-270mm.

Just my 2 pence worth.

Spent quite a while on there drooling over the exotics, and have bookmarked the site. Thanks for the heads up.
