Afraid I am the odd one out! I think it is a good looking strap, but not sure about marrying it with the C11.

Re: New leather for my C11 from Weston Watch Straps
When I ordered the C11 the brown strap version, which would have been my first choise was on back order, so being very impatient to get hold of the C11, I ordered the black strap version. The first thing I did was swap the strap, nothing wrong with the original CW strap, just find plain black straps a little dull. Here are some of the variations I have tried, I guess I must be compulsive strap swapper.LateWorm wrote:Curious....
As I will be receiving a c11 shortly, I am wondering what necessitated the strap swap? Just personal preference or did you find the original "wanting" in some way?
Looks great on that strap though.
No more Quartz (except when I cannot resist).

What make are the tan colored straps ? Top one I guess is Ward, but what's the other ? And what's the velcro strap? Looks good as well.

The mesh came with my Benarus Remora (no longer available).
The nylon/velcro strap is a GasGasBones, an ex RAF Guy who makes straps for Bremont. His site is closed untill January.

The next tan strap:

The black is the original CW that came with the watch.

interesting how much it changes the watch - only one it doesn't work on is the black!

Agreed, the black strap makes it look average, the other straps work really well.

Willing to bet it looks good on a number of wathes, would be curious to see it on the c11 vintage actually, its the one I would like if I got a c11, wonder if they do it with a black stitchGrif wrote:I really like that Hadley Roma strap, just gorgeous! Works well on the c11
