I would never choose express shipping on a handmade item which isn't expected to be ready for weeks as whether it does or not it feels like pressuring the maker which seems rude. I was just thinking that the cold has come early this year so so might the heat and a leather strap is happier when it's cold. February should be fine
My shipping notice arrived today too. I’m thinking that any time before my birthday in March would be great, but maybe a bit optimistic
To be honest, I’m really looking forward to seeing it, all in good time. I’m washed out sometimes by the speed of instant decisions, next day delivery. I’ll savour this one as I imagine Chilean snails wending their way across the Andes

I wonder how long it takes to arrive AFTER getting the shipping emails, as I got my email around the same time as the rest of you.
The tracking page isn't very helpful, just shows the strap as still in transit. Not sure if that means it's still with the Chilean post, or it has left Chile.
Mine arrived today - bought specially for the sandstorm. It’s a real ragged vintage strap- stained black then sandpapered off to reveal some of the original leather underneath
The photos are a bit ropy, but I love it
