I think I bought the curved end pieces, but I'm not sure whether I've ever tried to fit them. It was on sale at the time. I don't think you really notice they aren't there to be honest, and I'm sure you would get used to the small gap quite quickly. This bracelet has 7 micro adjusts, but not integrated, and I think I would miss that facility more then the end pieces.
Your pic definitely has me thinking I could get used to it.

Ooh! Good to know. Thanks!

That’s not a bad price. Sadly, it’s listed as sold out.

Like 90% of what is displayed on that website.

That's one of my biggest request, for CW to manufacture (even on a made to order basis, with long-ish waiting times, etc.) jubilee bracelets for their watches. Bigger brands (Seiko, Tudor, Omega, etc.) can get third parties to spend time and resources on these, but I for one dont really want to settle for smth with endlinks that 'almost' fit perfectly.

That’s the appeal of the bracelet you linked to - it was made for a 36mm watch. However, I supposed that’s not a guarantee of a good fit because lug shapes and the position of the spring bar holes can vary considerably.

The contrasting appeal of the WatchGecko strap with added end links is that in not being solid, they can potentially be bent and/or shaped to look reasonably good with the watch head.
