Help please C4 bracelet

Post by chrisjohnson »

Some assistance please.

I bought two C4 bracelets in the sale earlier this year. Finally got around to putting one on the Red C4 LE and after the usual bit of fiddling about it was on. However one of the two ends was not seating properly and so I removed it and found that one of the end pieces supplied has a small chamfer which means that it "rocks" (and not in a good way) if fitted to the C4.

Any clues from the experts welcome before I start another email to Wera. Picture below LHS has the chamfer.

Hi Chris, I'll have a look at my C4 bracelet when I get home later and let you know whether mine has got the chamfer on it or not.

I bought a C4 bracelet many moons ago for a C4 peregrine I had on the leather strap. I had exactly the same problem but it was both end pieces. They didn't sit snug to the watch case and rocked just as you say. Sent the bracelet and watch to CW towers where it was sorted and returned pronto

From eyeing them the 1 on the right is for a C40 and the 1 on the left is a s C4.

"notice the bigger cut out for the C40 body on the right" :-)
