The natural light had gone by the time I was ready to photograph this combo, so kitchen lights will have to do. On a black/white Hirsch Tiger strap.

Not really. It matches with the colourful accents below the numbers on the dial as well as the WR rating.

Nothing here so far has been an absolute no. Some I might not prefer, but this is truly strap monstrous.

Here I am scraping the bottom of my strap barrel. Nothing terrible, but some I won’t likely ever be putting on this again.

Having looked through the thread…😀

So far I have counted 27 straps that…

I would put in the bin, rather than anywhere near the FLE!🤣

The fact that any 20mm strap fits doesn’t mean that it works in the slightest!🤔

Although as is evident from some of the shockers tried so far I appreciate YMMV!😧

Only 27? Can I recommend Specsavers?

These photographs show why I much prefer a bracelet to a strap. I am aware that I can get custom made straps but most come in a fairly standard length.

When a strap gets worn in it always tends to sit so the buckle and excess strap falls directly under my wrist as seen in the first picture Perfect.

However this also means the watch head tends to sit naturally on the outside of my wrist as per photo two. While it’s not uncomfortable, it’s a minor irritation as I have to move the watch to read the time.

With a bracelet I can position the clasp so it sits underneath my wrist and the watch head sits in the centre of the top of my wrist.

I’m wearing this on a strap today but I’m looking forward to getting it on the bracelet where it will stay permanently.

Let's try a bracelet by Uncle Seiko: might not be to everyone's taste....

I haven’t received my FLE yet (I had asked the shipping to be put on hold whilst I was away). Now looking forward to receiving it tomorrow.

In the meantime I have looked out my 20mm straps (excluding the NATO’s, Perlons and Erika’s). A reasonable selection to pick from… :)

I will try a few with the watch, but certainly not all of them.

As I wear a watch on the bracelet the majority of the time, it remains a mystery how I have accumulated this many straps.
