Creative Strap Storage

Post by jkbarnes »

Anyone have a creative way they organize and store their various watch straps? If so, let’s see some pictures!

Creative Strap Storage

Post by gaf1958 »

This is my watch bit and pieces box. Lots of drawers, about the size of a typical chest of drawers you’d find in a single door section of a wardrobe. It contains straps, bracelets, tools, parts and so on.

Image

The two top drawers and one of the larger lower drawers currently contain my straps and my inexpensive bracelets. These will be reorganised in the next month or two, but for now that’s how they work.

Top drawer... the straps are packaged in zip lock bags by width for the most part.

Second drawer...

Lower drawer.

The expensive bracelets (Omega etc) are in a box in the safe, along with the watches.

I also keep the more expensive bracelets elsewhere.

My straps are stored in empty plastic VHS video cassette cases and a Muji storage container.

I love threads like this as every time our lass turns round to me and says ‘tha’s not reet in t’ed’ I show her things like this and just say ‘and you reckon i’m nuts’! She just then shakes her head and walks away before I then remind her how many shares in Radley and Pandora I must have bought over the years!  On a serious note, these strap storeages are way out of my league, great work guys

My straps in their various containers, and some not.

.... but they normally live on shelves in my wardrobes.

Think I need a bit of a sort out.
