Hello everyone, I just bought a c60 trident pro 300 on the bader bracelet and sized it to my wrist. The fit is a bit loose so I tried to adjust the microadjustment on the clasp and realized that it wasn't moving.
At first the push button worked normally but the links that are meant to slide into the clasp would not move at all. After messing with it I realized that the portion of the adjustment that is meant to slide under is actually hitting the trigger button instead. I'm not sure if this is misaligned? This is my first CW watch and I am new to the hobby so forgive me if this is something that I'm simply not understanding but I wanted to reach out and see what was wrong with it and hopefully get some help. Thank you!

Welcome to the forum / asylum, we're sorry to hear your first experience of a CW watch is problematic
The button on the micro-adjustment should slide to the right (looking at it from your video), it is not pushed.
That said, did you buy your watch new from CW, or pre-owned? Either way, I suggest you contact CW to see if you are able to get a replacement.

There is definitely something wrong there with the clasp. As Guy stated, it's best you contact CW to see if they can provide a replacement bracelet or clasp.

It's hard to see in the video but when my hand covers the camera I'm pushing the button to the right and trying to slide the links into the clasp but it will not budge. Then as you can see when I push the links in without pushing the button they hit it instead of going under.
I bought the watch from CW new it only arrived a few days ago and I am very happy with it bar this little detail. The quality and feel is amazing.
Thank you guys for your replies I will reach out to customer support for a replacement!

I would send them a link to the video when you contact them. From that, they will see straight away that there is a problem with the clasp, which could well speed up the process of getting you a bracelet that works.
