I had the watch sized from CW when I purchased it, but did not measure well enough. It is a touch big and I would like to learn how to adjust it. I tried searching but could not see a tutorial for this particular style band. This band has a screw on one side, see picture. Is it as simple as buying the appropriate sized screwdriver to unscrew the end the end then push the pin out? If so, what size bit?

Re: C60 Trident Pro 300 Bader bracelet adjustment
It is that easy.
I think those are 1.4mm.
You might want to heat the bracelet up before trying to remove a screw. There may be some medium Loctite on there and heating it up will help break the seal. Some forum members just dip it in hot water. A heat gun or hair dryer will work just don't heat it up too much and burn yourself. Warm to the touch should do it.
I would remove one of the half links. Your shot above shows that both are still installed. They are the two links closest to the clasp. If the fit is then a little on the tight side, I would take out the second half link and add back a full link.

@TXJP - where is the Micro-adjustment within the clasp sitting? In or Out?
As Rich suggests; 1.4mm screwdriver. If the screws seem locked in, I put in a plastic bag and dunk in hot water (not too hot, dish washing temp is fine) for a few minutes, then remove from the bag and unscrew.
Start by removing one of the half (they're actually 2/3rd) links which look to be on the 6 o'clock side; as a rule have that side the shorter to get the clasp in the right place on the underside of your wrist.
Good luck.

Re: C60 Trident Pro 300 Bader bracelet adjustment
Thank you gentleman. I have a Bergeon 1.4mm screwdriver and watch block on order. With those tools and your instructions, I think this should be a simple process. Thanks again.

I also use a thin piece of film. Cling film/Saran wrap, or maybe a bit of a bank coin bag, and position that over the screw, so the screw driver isn't touching the metal directly, to try to avoid scratches and gouges.
Re: C60 Trident Pro 300 Bader bracelet adjustment
That was easy as could be. I wound up taking two links off the six o’clock side and added one to the opposite side. Now it is the right size and fits better on the wrist.
Thanks for the help on this gentleman.

Much easier than push pins, and pins and collars in my opinion.
