Bas and Lokes Options for C60 FLE Jag

Post by Peteo »

Requesting input from the members of the forum. I'm looking for a brown strap for my C60 FLE Jag. I'm pretty sure that I've settled on getting something from Bas and Lokes, but I'm not quite sure which one. So, I present to you 4 options and ask for your opinion in helping me decide:

Option #1: Jones

Option #2: Kenzo

Option #3: Embarcadero

Option #4: Mulholland

Thanks for helping me fight indecision!

My order of preference would be 1, 4, 2 and 3. :)

For reference sake, this is the look with a C&B Chevlon

On the other hand, you can never have too many 22mm leather strap I guess 8)

I Must admit I am pretty happy with the bracelet on the Red Jag but have you considered a Plum Toshi.

I did look at Toshi as I've already got a Slate Grey one on my 2011 FLE. I'm not sure that any of the Toshi colors do it for me. The browns don't seem quite right. I'm not sure about the plum. I could see how it might work, but something about the combo seems off to me.

There are so many other companies that I could go with besides Toshi and Bas and Lokes too. DaLuca, Stonecreek, Red12, SteveO, BJStraps.... Too many choices...

Number 4 for me Peteo but it would be interesting to see how 3 looks against the red.

can you get the Kenzo with red stitching? cuz i think that would look great. i'll bet one of the custom guys could do something very similar for you.

what about something like this from bjstrap?

and i think you can choose your thread there, so you could use:

or maybe something like these from gunnystraps (http://gunnystraps.blogspot.com/), but perhaps some of them with red thread:

I am thinking of a strap for my Jag, however I am not too sure about the brown. I was thinking of a black strap with some red stitching, but I am happy to be convinced otherwise! Many of those straps look good, just not sure I would match them with the Jag!

I think the Kenzo would be a great look. Which one did you end up getting?
