Hi All,
I haven't seen much specifically on the micro adjusting clasp that comes on the Bader bracelet. Any images of the mechanism and the dimensions of the clasp itself would be much appreciated. The reason I am wondering is I had a Strapcode micro adjust clasp (not on a CW) that seemed to get good reviews but was surprisingly large and uncomfortable for me (probably due to me having a smaller, 16.5cm wrist).
This is the clasp I'm referring to.

I appreciate all feedback.
Cheers!

Bader micro adjust clasp
Re: Bader micro adjust clasp
A few pics that I put in another thread about the size of the clasps.
general-discussion/trying-to-add-link-t ... ml#p932980
A point to bear in mind is that apparently CW are redesigning the clasp to make it smaller, although I haven’t yet seen one.
The original Bader clasp cover was smaller, before more adjustment positions were added, which increased the length of the clasp cover (the blade remained the same length). They are now redesigning again, having seemingly recognised the longer clasp cover was a mistake.

Re: Bader micro adjust clasp
You're on the right track Neil @nbg and I have bracelets with a long and a short clasp.
Short is from my Nov 23 C60 Trident Pro 300 42mm - 22mm lugs
Long is from my Jan 23 C65 Dune GMT LE - 20mm lugs
Here are a few photos to show the comparison.

Therefore, to say that the clasp is now shorter is correct. This gives the visual impression of it being smaller and more suited to a small watch and/or wrist. There is a but;-
The folding 'Z' section of both bracelets (the double leg bit in the photo) is the same length for both bracelets which will affect how it wears on the wrist. Whether CW are planning to change this, I don't know.
NB> you'll see that the micro-adjustment is extended to the max on both. Also worth noting that the clasp on both bracelets is the same width although the lugs are 22mm on one and 20mm on the other, resulting in a different amount of taper between the bracelets.

Re: Bader micro adjust clasp
I hadn't even thought about the "folding Z section," but you're right about it being a big factor in the comfort. I wonder if they kept it because they figured shortening it might make it harder to get the watch on and off for some people.

Re: Bader micro adjust clasp
I have a 7.5" / 19cm wrist and reasonably large hands (size 9 1/2 gloves) and am able to get the bracelet on quite well as it is. If the Z section were to be shorter I think I might struggle.

Re: Bader micro adjust clasp
OP I have the same wrist size as you do, 16.5cm. On my Sealander GMT I have the longer clasp, visually indeed I would like it to be shorter but comfort wise I'm very pleased.

Re: Bader micro adjust clasp
In other words, the length of the 'Z' section is not an issue for you. Correct?

Re: Bader micro adjust clasp
Thanks for the info @schiorean, that's really great to hear. After having that Strapco micro-adjust clasp be so uncomfortable, I was a little gun shy.
