Bader Bracelet Clasp
Bader Bracelet Clasp
I know I'm not in the minority of folks who feel the clasp on the awesome bader bracelet is too long. Yes, we love the on the fly micro adjustment but I'd be willing to have less adjustment holes if it meant a shorter clasp. I think the current clasp isn't proportionate on the 36-39mm case watches. I'd suggest CW offer a shorter clasp on bader bracelets with the 20mm lug width compared to bader bracelets with the 22mm lug width. Thoughts?

Re: Bader Bracelet Clasp
Welcome to the forum.
An interesting topic to cut your teeth with.
The clasp on the Bader bracelet has evolved, and is still evolving, over a fair period of time with, broadly speaking, the current micro-adjustment version having been around for a few years now; although there is a new 'push button' version that was introduced with the C60 Lumière last year that is on the short side and has only 6mm of micro adjustment (a bit longer that one of the 2/3rd links in the bracelet).
This clasp is likely, in time, to filter through the range of Bader bracelets.
In the meantime, over the past couple of years CW has used Bader clasps of two lengths, 37mm and 43mm, giving a range of adjustment of 6mm and 10mm respectively in both 20mm and 22mm lug widths.**. The new Bader clasp mentioned above is, I recall from handling it, on the short side c. 37mm or a shade less.
Of course there is the practicality of Stock and Inventory that CW will, quite reasonably, only introduce new / upgraded stock once existing supplies have been exhausted.
Finally, you may find a post I wrote last summer of relevance;- c60 trident bader bracelet and clasp along with a topic from April last year with some salient information;- Bader Deployment Clasp on C63 Valour.
