All Matt version bracelet
All Matt version bracelet
Does CW make a all Matt bracelet for the trident as I can't really tell by the pictures on there website.
Re: All Matt version bracelet
Do you mean brushed?
The standard C60 bracelet is brushed (so matt) with polished centre links. The C65 version is the same bracelet (minus the diver's extension - which makes it cheaper) but all brushed.

Yes all brushed with no centre polished links, anyone got any pics of one?

The difference is more noticeable 'in the flesh'

Check out footycrazy's Orange C60 in CW of the day today sub forum....he brushed the bracelet himself. Looks sharp I must say.
Small collection of timepieces that I enjoy

It is true that the pictures do not show much of a difference but I have just today received and fitted the brushed bracelet to a blue bezel / black face Trident 600 that I picked up in the 1/2 price sale on a leather strap. I think it looks much better than the polished bracelet that I have on my Blue / White Trident ( and I think that looks great).
Watch was £299 and the bracelet £75 in the 25% off sale - fantastic value methinks
Also, it turned up fitted with the divers extension and three micro adjustment positions.

Apologies for the delayed response - hope this picture helps. The difference is most apparent when compared to the polished shoulder tops.
I think it tones the watch down nicely - the polished centre bracelet looks lovely when new and pristine but doesn't stay that way for long if it is your daily wearer as can be seen below on the blue / white Trident after less than 6 months regular wear:
Scratches are clearly visible on the centre links and, while I don't cosset the watch, I don't abuse it either.
Brushed, I think, is definitely the way to go with a Trident, while I like the polished centre links on the Omega as it fits with the watched overall more refined look.
Now that CW have rationalised the Trident range by dropping a number of colour combinations ( including both of mine!) I wonder if there would be scope to offer the brushed bracelet as an option upon purchase?
All the best
Paul
