I ordered my C60 Trident with a black leather strap but if it's possible to change the strap to the bracelet style myself then I can dress it up or down very easily.
Hi there,

Dumb question? Not really, I hadn't thought about switching straps / bracelets myself until I became a forum member.

Yes. You can switch the strap on a C60 using a 'spring bar tool' and a degree of manual dexterity. It's a wee bit tricky as the end of the strap is shaped to fit into the recess between the lugs and ideally you need to compress both ends of the spring bar at the same time.

Straight ended straps / bracelets are much easier.

However, when using NATO straps, as on the watch in this thread, you fit the spring bars in place and then weave the NATO strap over the spring bar, under the watch and then over the other spring bar. This takes but a few seconds.

Hope this helps.

As Downer and Barnstormer have said - changing straps is actually very easy once you get the hang of it.

Search YouTube for clips of strap changing and swapping NATOs - plenty of easy to follow videos.

Enjoy the opportunities :D

Just remember that buying a strap to give a watch a new look is cheaper than buying a new watch. :D

Orange just because that's how I wear mine but on the other hand I do swap the orange for black with orange stitching and then I've also experimented with mesh. Either way the Trident GMT is gorgeous watch no matter how its dressed.
