the C5 FLE epitomises a classic, no nonsense, dress watch.

Neil
Yes, and I agree it's a definite keeper.

Not only that, it's so easy to dress up or down.

Mine was on white lizard for a few years (that pic won a pic of the month once!), Then dressed down on a black rally strap the last 2. I've just changed it to an ostrich strap, inspired by you, I believe.

I got the ostrich strap maybe 2 years ago after first seeing a pic (probably yours?) of the C5 FLE on ostrich. But then I just never used it because I was quite happy with the rally strap. Until yesterday.

While I was taking some watch pics, I decided to finally switch to ostrich and it fits the watch so beautifully.

^^^^ I remember putting up a thread, with various different straps shortly after buying the watch. Most of the pics have now disappeared, but but I still have this one showing the different straps that I tried.

Particularly drawn to the stunning blue dial of the C9 :D
I agree about the dial on the C9. I reckon that both the C9 and C11 would fit you better than me. :)
I reckon you could be right
I've had exactly the same C11 in the past but that C9 is a thing of beauty

Some great CWs there. I must confess that I was never a fan of the C20 but it’s really grown on me over the years to the point where I hope there is something similar on the roadmap. Looks great on bracelet

Great post Neil. Apart from the very nice watches, I have to say that I really enjoyed the photos of them taken while “out and about”.

Cheers Gary. Unfortunately most of my out and about pics, have less sun and sand than those from your daily stroll along the local beach. :)

It would be good to see CW bring out an integrated bracelet model, as a successor to the C20. Whilst it looks good on the bracelet, the way the bracelet attaches to the case means that it doesn’t flow very well at the point of attachment. That and ease of attachment are certainly points that would need to be improved.
