I also still have this despite attempts to sell it – can't say I'm gutted :D

What a crazy hobby :?

Here's the old SOTC to compare and contrast:

So many top watches in there, and several I would like to try one day - the Longines, the Damasko, and of course, the Railmaster.

It's an excellent collection, John. Do you think it is relatively settled now?

Wow, super collection. In fact, most of the watches I am considering buying - you either own now or have in the past.

It'sAliveJim - September 2015

Good stuff. Of your dozen watches, there are only two I wouldn't consider owning; the Zeno, while very nice, is too small for me and I'm not too sure about the Breitling as I'm not super keen on digital, although it's very retro, which probably makes it cool ;)

As to the rest, the words ducks and nuts spring to mind :D
The SM 300 in particular is an absolute jewel...
The Railmaster is a beauty too, but I'm no longer envious on that score, as seeing yours posted from time to time made me keep up the search for one. Maybe be 300 will do the same...

That's a great collection! I'm a big fan of your seamaster, that will be in huge demand if you ever decide to let it go and I love the Stowa. That's a new one to me - not the brand, just the model. Very interesting, eclectic collection.

Thanks fellas

I think the collection is settled, for now

I have most bases covered, with, admittedly, some crossover, but each watch has a different character so suits different moods, occasions, and purposes.

I do have a couple of desires but these are a long way off and would involve some consolidation, so for now I'm going to enjoy these and see what happens :D

Lovely collection IAJ, been a fans of your Eterna, Stowa and Tutima myself. If you swap out the Kemmner (+ the Zeno) with a pure dress watch then you'd be hard to find any excuse for another watch in the box.

Thanks for posting. A wonderful collection. Not generally my style watch, but I am strangely attracted to the Eterna.

An interesting and varied collection IAJ. Congratulations. The Railmaster is the big standout for me and is something that would be a welcome addition in any box (especially mine  )

Great collection, John, though as you will understand not much we coincide on. I do like the SM300 and the Railmaster, though.

What? You mean you don't covet the 42mm, 230g, 14mm thick, 200m German dive watch with yellow bezel?

Now you come to mention it...err...no offence, mate! :D
Important thing is it's YOUR collection.

Like I always say to downer, total respect but no desire to covet.
