LOL, well I just dropped off your box at FedEx but sorry to tell you that the AP is on loan with my friend from Dallas that picked up the bronze Black Bay for me in London.

Thank you. It’s been quite the journey to get here and I’ve parted with a few that I miss to do it, but nothing irreplaceable.

As I said on your welcome thread, a fine collection indeed.

Two, a Seamaster 300 (Watchco-like, but made by my watchmaker) and an Omega Great White GMT. Both were really unique looking pieces with the sword hands and the GMT had the gorgeous wave dial too.

I’ve been called worse! LOL. Yeah, I do consider myself very fortunate to have the collection I have at this point.

UPDATE: The Seiko Samurai Blue Lagoon has left the building. The money from that, my sale to gaf1958, sale of excess Panerai straps, and some idle money in the watch account funded a new incoming watch that I hope to have on Monday.

The new one is here and I like it!

It’s my first chrono after 15 years of collecting. I always thought the Speedy would be my first but it felt too small.

That’s a lovely, classic looking Heuer. A lot of the models that TH is putting out under the Heuer only name are very nice ... and that may well be the pick of the bunch.

Thanks. I think they did a brilliant thing crowd sourcing the selection of which of 16 vintage designs to reissue.
