Many thanks Kip! Yes I feel the tension around here :2thumbs: Thats a great question! I am waiting to see developments in this Divers model - one of the nicest watches I have laid eyes on......great style, colour........

Also the C8 is a true beauty! And the perfect size. I too have small wrists but think 45mm is perfect.

I had forgotten about these images of the diver. I wouldn't get your hopes up on seeing these materialize because this diver became the C6. Looking at the photos, I am not sure how this diver became the C6 because they look so different. It appears CW took a radical turn after these images were provided. Maybe he'll put some of these designs into production one day...maybe.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah, thanks for that "Joe" :kopfwand: Hmmm yes, the C6 is a slight divergence to the ones in the drawings - shame really!

Well things can only get better as they say!

I was just thinking about this and I now suspect the diver changed so much partly because of our feedback. This prototype was using a mechanical handwound movement and I recall us discussing the practicality of a handwound movement for a diver. The thought of having to unscrew the crown every day seemed like a pain and a lot of wear on the watch. I think we all concluded that for a diver, an automatic was the way to go. So, that eliminated the subdial at a bare minimum. It still looks a lot different even excluding the changes to accommodate the movement though.
