Re: Final Update (warning long read) - Advice Needed - Small Imperfection on the C65 Trident Auto
Pathetic that it took so much to get a replacement. I have owned as many as 14 CWL watches, but have sold all but 4 due to fears related to the continuing QA/CS issues. I certainly will not purchase any more until I can check back here and not see a continuing pattern of issues that persist even aft...

Re: Bad experience with Christopher ward watch and it's customer services
I know that CW won’t be concerned about a losing a few customers on the forum since apparently we represent such a small fraction of their business, but I’ve seen several watches in sales that I absolutely would’ve purchased before the QA and CS issues became so rampant. I will not likely purchase a...

Re: Steinhart vs CW divers
I found my Steinhart Pepsi bezel far higher quality than my CWL divers. The bezel feels more solid whereas any CWL bezels I’ve had have a bit of play in them....they just don’t feel as solid to me. That being said, if you don’t mind the bezel issue, I don’t think you’d go wrong with overall quality ...

Re: Is this acceptable on a £1250 watch?
My squale sits firmly in place, can be turned with no trouble, and there is no play. While it may be “ok,” I certainly would prefer an expensive watch to feel sturdy, and if I had doubts, I’d definitely contact them for a solution

Re: C1 Russel case back screw
Could be that they don't actually know. The watches are assembled in Switzerland by their suppliers, they'll likely have a bunch of spare parts for that watch from the supplier, but I can imagine the situation where they don't hold the specifications for all the parts or that the parts are specific...

Re: Sales negativity- the real issue?
I for one began to lose interest in the brand when the new website rolled out insanely flawed in some amateur ways. Things even I knew how to fix. And then some of them stayed messed up, namely the issue with their “Rolex of the internet” website not being capable of withstanding planned surges in s...

Could this not present a legal issue with that obviously being the title of a TV show?

I’m not on here too often anymore, but I remember your name and nothing negative about you.

Re: C5 Malvern 595 "Air"
Looks like a piece of paper with white lines drawn in pencil. Mvt looks ok, but too thin, too minimal. Needs applied indices and minute markers.
And as always, that “logo”.
It’s a total fail for me.
