Re: Introducing the C65 Military Range - Dartmouth / Sandhurst / Cranwell

I missed this the first time I looked at the photos, but the little coloured ring on the crown is a really nice touch. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190829/5b303179bf0943f1be8b2ab8d520f1d4.jpg Also thought that it is a really nice touch. My next thought was "hope it doesn't fall off like ...

Re: New Yellow C65

I really like the look of this one. If it had a date window it would be perfect in my eyes and I'd have bought one for sure.

That's the only thing I don't like about my C65 vintage version, I keep looking for it every time I wear it

The C65 Dartmouth would be my pick of these 3. Really like the newer style sword Hour and second hands on it.

Re: FLE #8 - Poll #5

Done and dusted as far as I am concerned.

ATM it seems a straight up tie between #3 & #5, sure going to be a real close race in the final round between. I just hope at least one of them gets the minimum 25 votes needed to make this go further.

Re: FLE #8 - Poll #5

Edit: Before anyone might quote what I said, I’ve removed it. I can only see it leading to arguments and so I’m ‘self moderating’ before it does. I'm glad I stayed up late last night, your original post made for some interesting reading and clearly the comments you made were directed at me. I have ...

Re: FLE #8 - Poll #4

Kip as an outside of the box option. Could CW just make X amount watches with a black second hand and the remaining ones with some version of a red tip. A minor detail that shouldn't cause any real hassle to them. It's just a small run anyway. A simple request that should guarantee at least 25 order...

Re: FLE #8 - Poll #4

Don't understand the three votes bit? I think the thinking is to have as many votes as there are options to give an idea of the true number of people that would purchase each variant. If it was restricted to fewer votes then you wouldn't know. For example, if 3, 4 and 5 are put forward in the next ...

Re: FLE #8 - Poll #4

I don't mind how many options are in the poll. Just think 3 votes is too many . There was only 2 out of 5 in the last one. Perhaps it should be limited to 2 this time as well?

1 in 5 would probably leak anyway.
Only 1

The only water mine has seen is the bottom of the sink since I got it back in June. Ibiza in October will be the first time it's sees anything deeper, fingers crossed it survives.

If you like it you don't need approval of anyone else.

The C60 is a great watch, please post some photos of it when it arrives.

The letters are definitely engraved into the valve cover then painted black.

Re: FLE #8 - Poll #4

Even though I prefer #3 I would happily take #5. In the interest of getting sufficient numbers to get this watch into production it's maybe best to have a final vote between both of them.

It's only going to delay things by a few more days.

Re: Is C11 a good CW starter

I've owned 2 over the the years. The Mercedes Benz owners version and the vintage lume pvd one.

Both sold on as the square case does wear rather large, feels like a 44m watch the black pvd one, less so but still too big for me.

I did love the large sword hands on them though!
