A superb collection of some of the rarest CW watches. Judging by the straps they are all being worn too, just as they should [emoji106]

Re: CW then and now

I still think the watches available now offer good value for money considering what you get. When compared to other "luxury brands", sure thing. What sets CW apart from most of the brands in, for instance, the Swatch group, is that they have the guts to, as a comparatively small player, c...

Re: CW then and now

I for one enjoyed reading your thoughts on your CW watch journey so far. Prices sure have moved on a lot from the early days, I too remember a lot of watches mostly quartz mind, in around the £100 mark. That's the price of good strap these days. I still think the watches available now offer good val...

Re: CWL of the day

While I’m very happy with my NN C65 bronze, it didn’t have the even and pleasant patina that my C60 bronze had developed. So a few minutes this evening with a Cape Cod cloth has taken it back to a new look. It really was very easy to do. So I’m looking forward to enjoying the patina process all ove...

I think CW order watches in batches so maybe lack of interest in them meant less were actually produced.

Re: QC Issues C5 Chronometer

That's a shame it arrived like that. Something like that does take the shine off getting a new watch. But we all know it only takes a rough journey in the delivery process to unearth all sorts of issues. That model is hard to get now especially with a full warranty. If you like it I would return it ...

Re: Introducing the C65 Military Range - Dartmouth / Sandhurst / Cranwell

It's worth repeating, or stating if it hasn't already, but a COSC movement in this package at about $900 (when on the fantastic bracelet) is a heck of a bargain in my opinion. It's possibly the cheapest I've seen a full price CW chronometer watch. Although some see it as a waste of time and and an ...

Re: Mercedes-Benz Club Watch

Had a look through my old files and I had number 48. I vaguely recall something about maybe 150 or 300 of them produced, can't be 100% though, as it was 6 yrs ago when sold it. Here is some info from the original listing: It was created for the prestigious Mercedes Benz Club to celebrate their diamo...
