Re: New C60 variants

Does anyone know if the blue colour (Pantone?) is the same across the trident range? It’s difficult to tell from the photos whether the blue in this variant is the same as the blue in the elite. I like the seemingly darker blue in some photos, but less so the more ‘royal’ blue in the C60 elite.

Re: Christopher Ward C60 Elite 1000 Watch Review

Thanks for the review Eggtronics, I enjoyed it and found it informative. One question... do you have any more images of the blue version? I think I saw it appear briefly in the review. I’m keen to see more real world images of the blue version. Thanks

Thanks for looking out for me, really appreciate it. Already spoken with the buyer but unfortunately the price doesn’t seem competitive with what I’m seeing elsewhere. Do appreciate the headsup though!
No probs :)

Re: Daily specials to beat the sales peaks!

Sorry, what do you mean by the wobble? Is that the feeling of the self winding movement? I saw one recently on eBay but hesitated too long Ah, I see what you mean. I knew about the 7750 movement but as I’ve not owned one before I’m yet to know how it feels. @Andy_f, a C700 has now become available ...

‘Fizz’ Jtc?
It's a James May from Top Gear days reference. Excitement....
Thanks Jtc - i thought it would be something like that but was interested to get your interpretation!

Re: C60 Sapphire - New Release

The comments above reinforce my point. Lots of maybe/possibly/could be/probably, but there is no clear answer. Is it blue film, thin plastic disc or thicker disc. Glued together, blue tac or sellotape? Point is that CW have worked really hard at this and deserve success, but perhaps a bit more info ...

Re: C60 Sapphire - New Release

I guess it does raise the question over the quality of the colour insert. The qualities of sapphire are known and heavily pushed in the marketing, but would be good to get assurance that the plastic won’t degrade over time

There are 4 screws holding down the dial. If those screws were not meticulously aligned it would send my OCD into overdrive.

To be honest, I don't think screw alignment would even register with me!

Re: CW's first TV Advert

Is it John Lloyd doing the voiceover? Or perhaps just someone who sounds a bit like him. :D I thought that the way he said “precisely” sounded a bit like John Cleese. :) Neil At the third stroke it will be ........ Sounds like Arthur Lowe to me. I half expect him to suddenly shout 'stupid boy' or i...

Re: CW's first TV Advert

The 1960s middle England voice over is at odds with what i thought the brand wanted to be. Either way, the voice over sounds arrogant and is disconnected from this day and age for me
